It looks like I will be attending this affair on Saturday only. I have 3 or 4 things to bring to the flea market.
Also, Pat, if they are still looking for ticket sellers, I can be available any time before 1600 on Saturday to help out.

Thank you for spear heading this information. I don’t know what jobs we do, but I am willing to help out where ever I might be needed. I must leave sometime on Saturday late afternoon-early evening. It will depend on how long it takes to make the trip.
Based on the latest posts on the Yahoo site, the list continues to grow! This is a good thing.

I have an amp and a couple of other thigs for the flea market. I don’t know if I want to carry this stuff from the parking lot to the table. I can come early on Saturday morning. Does anybody know when the table will be set up (if it’s Satirday morning I can help out) and when the parking lot, where the flea market takes place, closes so i can drive in and drop the equipment off? If it helps, I might be able to stop by Friday night after about 5:30 PM, but I will need to leave and come back Saturday morining.

Hi Chris:
Last time I got there fairly early on Sat morning and was able to drive right up to the Flea Market site and unload my stuff. The site was in the row up against the trees and closest to the building. I think JOhn is going to get the same spot this year. I then drove back to park near the entrance and no one said anything or tried to tow my car 🙂 I plan to do the same this year.

Mostly we just work the ticket tables, which is pretty important. Matt and I are also going to be control ops at W1A on Sunday morning for a couple of hours. If you’re interested in volunteering for a couple of hours (that’s all any of the “shifts” are) I can ask Tom, K1TW what he has left for opportunities.
Of course, we also want to make sure we have enough members to man the flea market tables!
