ATTENTION: The format of this notice is usually the same and you may be tempted just to skip to the parts you know change. This month the date, time, and place all change from what you were expecting.

It’s that time again.

If you are familiar with the interactive meeting notice skip down to “Topics“. This is an interactive meeting notice. What, you may ask, is an interactive meeting notice? As the phrase suggests, it is a meeting notice which requires interaction by the readers. For example: we need to have topics for presentation at the meeting; we need presenters; we need volunteers to provide lunch; we need to know who is coming to the meeting so the quantity of lunch portions may be determined, and so on. This post will be updated as interactions (comments) are appended.

  1. I will be attending. Note that lunch will be available at the Steam Up. If memory serves correctly, I believe that Dave’s market runs the food concession. I could be wrong.

  2. I am planning on attending both the CTRI CG meeting AND the Steam Up. Lunch will be Dutch treat at the Steam Up, just as Ken has noted. This should be a great outing for us all.

  3. Count me in for both as well. Sounds like fun. I was there a few years ago where I ran into a couple of CTRI members. There’s lots of really interesting exhibits at the museum.

  4. I look forward to attending the meeting and the Wireless Museum. BTW, propagation condx have been pretty good the last few days on the upper HF bands… 10m was open well into JA early this eve. Haven’t heard Asia/Pac like that since late 2011. Hopefully it holds for the upcoming CQWW RTTY. Good luck folks! 73, Bill W1WBB

  5. Unfortunately, I will NOT be able to attend this meeting. I leave on Wed PM for Charlotte to help my older sister move to an independent living facility and won’t get back home until Sunday the 7th PM.

    Sorry that I’ll miss the visit to James’ QTH and the annual Yankee SteamUp.

  6. I tentatively plan on both.

    I highly recommend that this also be posted to the CTRI reflector for those less active members who might find this a great reason to attend the meeting and go on a Field trip!
