Back a few years ago MMTTY had a built in CW decoder the used the same window as the RTTY window. While using the new version it looks like they took it out or I just don’t know where to look. Can someone tell me if it is still in the program or was it removed.
Thanks
Bill
Hi Bill
Which version of MMTTY are you using? I have 1.68G although I believe there is a later version. Anyway, I can’t find any reference to a native MMTTY cw decoder. It must have been in a much earlier release.
As for cw decoders, I know that Writelog has one. Not sure about N1MM. But I’ll bet it has one as well.
Good to hear you out there!!!

Bill,
This is a new one to me, but I haven’t been playing around with MMTTY for that long. I know that Writelog has the CW decoder, but I have never heard of one in N1MM Logger. I know fldigi has a very good cw decoder.

Bill,
It was probably the decoder in Writelog, I have never known MMTTY to decode CW.
I should be on the air in the mornings through the east coast sunrise on CW or RTTY. Cant do much operating here after 15:30Z as that is when the streetlights come on and the line noise goes through the roof.

G’morning, Bill:
I don’t recall that MMTTY ever had a CW decoder and I am sure that N1MM does not have one. N1MM philosophy is to use the decoder between your ears. 🙂
