It’s that time again. If you are familiar with the interactive meeting notice skip down to “Topics“. This is an interactive meeting notice. What, you may ask, is an interactive meeting notice? As the phrase suggests, it is a meeting notice which requires interaction by the readers. For example: we need to have topics for presentation at the meeting; we need presenters; we need volunteers to provide lunch; we need to know who is coming to the meeting so the quantity of lunch portions may be determined, and so on. This post will be updated as interactions (comments) are appended.

  2. I am planning to attend, contingent on how Linda is doing by Saturday. She’s home now, trying to get her schedule back to human-like. Hospital stays tend to foul up ones biorhythmns! K1DM

  3. I plan to attend this meeting.

    I think we should discuss putting on a big M2 effort from W1AN’s QTH in the CW WPX CW contest on the weekend of 25/26/ May. The NA & US record is held by NN3L last year with 21.9M points, 1362 prefixes. Maybe we can even use that strange and unique call sign owned by Pat. 🙂 I am willing to spend some time at John’s even though I would like to compete from home. Something else to think about…

  4. Unfortunately I will not be able to make the meeting that Saturday, so someone needs to bring the coffee. I do plan to get things ready for the WPX CW test the following week. If we can scare up enough ops we can run a Multi-2.

    I hope to have one section of tower ready to raise. If some can plan to stay a little while after the meeting, it would be appreciated. Please let me know.

    Due to more surgery today, Wednesday, for Linda, I am going to have to cancel my reservation to attend this Saturday’s meeting @ K1SJ. I need to stick close to the homestead. Probably won’t be able to do much work outside either.

  9. I won’t be able to attend. I had knee surgery Wednesday and am not quite ready for an outing.

  11. I hate to make a last-minute change but I won’t be attending the meeting and work party today. I haven’t been feeling well the last couple of days and need to stay home. I was hoping I’d feel better after a good night’s rest but that’s not the case.

    With only four members attending it won’t be much of a meeting but hopefully you’ll get your tower section raised, James. If you need more help I have the next few weekends available now that I’ve got a short break from class.

  12. Only had four members in attendance at James’ QTH today. No “formal” meeting, but a lot of yakking amongst the attendees. In an abundance of caution, James decided that the increasing wind and showers precluded any efforts at hauling up the last section of tower. Thanks for your hospitality, James!

    Next meeting scheduled for 15 June at Crandall House in Ashaway ay 10:00AM
