   I don’t understand what “what message is intended with this posting?” means?
   I recognize the call sign. Is he a known CTRI member, previous member, potential member?

   I looked at the 3830 post and looked at his history of posts on 3830. All of his score posts that I looked at specified CTRI Contest Group an his Club.

   What’s the issue?
