Just wanted to review with everyone on-board with the Terms of Reference of the scholarship. There was a lot of talking and I wanted to make sure I caught all the comments. Please let me know if I missed anything. My plan is to contact Lauren KB1YDD at ARRL on Friday & send the check.

License Requirement: General Class or higher
Region: New England
Field of Study: Science, Science Education, Math, Math Education, Engineering or Technology fields

I think we wanted the Region to be Region of Residence. It might be intuitive but since other sponsors were specifying region for the school maybe we want to be more specific like “Applicant must be a Resident of New England”. Or something like that.

Will add “Applicant must be a Resident of New England” in the Region line.
But if I remember correctly we DID NOT limit the applicant to a school in NE. If they get into Stanford or Cal Tech, they will need our $500!
Any additional updates / suggestions / comments on the Scholarship Terms of Reference?
Please let me know ASAP – I plan to send it in to ARRL over the weekend.
